Foods High in Magnesium:
Some of the best food sources of magnesium include leafy green vegetables (such as spinach and kale), nuts and seeds (such as almonds and pumpkin seeds), whole grains (such as brown rice and quinoa), legumes (such as black beans and lentils), and fatty fish (such as salmon and mackerel).

The recommended daily intake of magnesium varies depending on age and gender, but most adults need around 400-420 mg per day for men and 310-320 mg per day for women. However, some people may need more magnesium depending on their individual needs and health status.
