Our three-doctor team — Dr. Tom Biernacki, Dr. Daria Gutkin, and Dr. Carl Jay — rotates between both locations. Pick whichever office is most convenient. Same-week appointments are standard at both; urgent problems (infection, sudden severe pain, diabetic wounds, sports injury) are routinely seen the same day.

Same team, same care, same booking line — pick whichever office is closer to home, work, or your child’s school. Both offices offer the full Balance Foot & Ankle service line including in-office digital X-ray, diagnostic ultrasound, custom orthotics, minor surgical procedures, and conservative care. Reconstructive surgery (bunion repair, Lapiplasty, hammertoe correction, Achilles repair, fracture surgery) is scheduled at our affiliated surgical centers in the appropriate county.
- Choose Bloomfield Hills if you live in Oakland County or south of M-59. Easy access from Woodward Avenue (M-1), I-75, and the Birmingham / Troy / Royal Oak corridor.
- Choose Howell if you live in Livingston County or off I-96. Easy access from Brighton, Hartland, Fenton, Pinckney, Fowlerville, and the South Lyon area.
- Pediatric & anxious patients: Dr. Daria Gutkin is bilingual (English / Russian) and is regularly requested at both offices.
