What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first appointment typically takes 30 to 45 minutes. Here is what happens during your visit:

  1. Thorough Consultation — Your podiatrist will listen to your concerns, review your medical history, and ask about your symptoms and goals.
  2. Comprehensive Examination — A detailed physical examination of your feet, ankles, and lower extremities including gait and biomechanical assessment.
  3. In-Office Diagnostics — If needed, digital X-rays, ultrasound, or nerve testing are performed on-site for immediate results.
  4. Personalized Treatment Plan — Your doctor will explain the diagnosis, discuss all treatment options, and create a plan tailored to your needs and lifestyle.
  5. Same-Day Treatment — Many conditions can begin treatment immediately, so you leave with a clear path to recovery.
